Our cost accounting and bookkeeping are completely transparent and you will always have copies of all draw requests, invoices, relevant releases, and up to date cost accounting balances. From a field point of view, you will have a team of experienced on site journeymen to make sure that all on site decisions are correct the first time. Andrew Miner has a “hands on” type management style to ensure excellence.

Having built luxurious townhomes, custom spec homes, and many bay front homes, including extremely technical and difficult jobs that include basements and hillsides; Andrew has developed superb organizational skills and excels in integration, organization and facilitation of all aspects of a project while managing design teams, artisans, consultants, engineers, journeymen, trades people and laborers. Andrews experience and qualities, coupled with his communications skills and attention to detail, while seeing the big picture, guarantees a project that all will view with pride.
