Special Projects
Currently, I’ve had the opportunity to work on the most special of projects; a home with a fantastically supportive owner and a dream team of designers, architects, engineers, technicians, and artisans culminating in an underground facility that could rival any theme park. A partial list of amenities include an arcade, jazz club with an automated stage and dance floor, sound studio, and plasma screens in the dance floor, fully loaded pizza kitchen (both wood and gas) with bar stools and tables, custom wine room with the finale of a spacious lobby and theater designed after the Paris Opera House. The outside of the underground element is designed to evoke an Italian plaza with authentic building finishes and architectural details, fountains, lighting, planting, and a variety of colors and textures, shutters and wrought iron right out of the living past.
